DescriptionThis consultation document sets out a framework by which KCC will work together with partners including Districts and the development industry to provide housing and deliver the necessary community infrastructure to support that growth. Particular emphasis is placed on how need will be met and how infrastructure could be funded using existing and proposed funding sources from both the public and private sector along with how more innovative, cost-effective methods of service delivery may be employed for the future.
