The education consultation for Marden Primary School has now closed. The outcome of the consultation was due to be reported to Education and Young People’s Services Cabinet Committee on 23 November. The report has been deferred, pending further discussions on the design and planning process. This website will be updated again in due course.

Kent County Council is proposing to expand Marden Primary School, Goudhurst Road, Marden, TN12 9JX, from 280 places to 420 places, increasing the published admission number (PAN) from 40 to 60 for Reception Year entry in September 2018.
You are welcome to attend the drop-in information sharing session at Marden Primary School from 4.00 – 5.30 on 12 October 2016. In attendance will be the Headteacher and governor representatives from Marden Primary School and officers from Kent County Council. We will be pleased to talk you through the plans and to answer any questions you may have.
