Physical Disability Core Offer Consultation

Ends: 04 Sep 2017

We want to hear your views on a proposed new way of offering support for people with physical disabilities across the county.

We want to improve people’s access to information and advice in order to assist them in living as independently as possible, ensuring that they stay well and have access to all of the information they need to face and overcome some of the barriers they often experience.
