(WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES)

(AMENDMENT No. 22) ORDER 2018

                                               Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

 

Notice is hereby given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make the above Order under sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 3 (2), 4 (1) and (2), 32 (1), 35 (1), 44, 45, 46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter called “the Act”) and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby propose to make the following order:-

The effect of the proposed named Order will introduce or amend existing waiting restrictions DYL means no waiting at any time in the following length of roads:-

 

Roads in Margate

 

HOLLY LANE – (1) DYL On the eastern side from the junction with Northdown Road for a distance of 8.5 metres in a southerly direction. (2) DYL On the western side from the junction with Northdown Road for a distance of 3.8 metres in a southerly direction. NORTHDOWN ROAD – (1) DYL On the north side from the junction with Northumberland Avenue to a point 1 metres west of the property boundary of 363/365 Northdown Road. (2) DYL On the southern side from the junction with Northumberland Avenue to a point in line with the eastern boundary of 366 Northdown Road. (3) DYL On the southern side from the junction with Holly Lane for a distance of 42.4 metres in an easterly direction (4) On the southern side to re-locate the Bus Stop from outside numbers 370-376 Northdown Road to a point 42.4 metres east of the junction with Holly Lane. NORTHUMBERLAND AVENUE – (1) DYL On the eastern side between points 8.7 metres north and 8.5 metres south of the junction with Northdown Road. (2) DYL On the western side between points 8.7 metres north and 7.5 metres south of the junction with Northdown Road.
