No. 2 ORDER 2018

 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Kent County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) acting as the local traffic authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act of 1984”) and as amended by the Traffic Management Act 2004 Part 6 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, hereby proposes to make the following Order:-

The effect of the proposed named Order will be to install a Goods Loading Bay in the following length of road:-

Mount Pleasant Road To install the bay on the west side from a point 18 metres north of its junction with Church Road for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction.

A statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined on Mondays to Friday at The Kent County Council, Sessions House, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ; and at The Kent County Council, Kent Highway & Transportation, Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 8AD during normal office hours or downloaded from the Consultation Documents section below.
