THE THANET DISTRICT COUNCIL

(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2003

 Notice is hereby given that THANET DISTRICT COUNCIL propose to make the above Order under section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having obtained the consent of the Kent County Council in accordance with Section 39(3) of the Act, and all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act –

This is to remove Rendezvous Car Park, Margate from the current Off-Street Parking Places Order and it will not alter any other current parking places, charges or conditions.

A statement of the Council’s reasons for making the proposed Order, a map indicating the location and the effect and a copy of any other Orders which will be amended by the proposed Order may be examined on Mondays to Friday at The Kent County Council, Sessions House, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ, and at The Kent County Council, Kent Highway & Transportation, Ashford Highway Depot, Henwood Industrial Estate, Unit 4 Javelin Way, Ashford, Kent TN24 8AD during normal office hours or downloaded from the consultation document section below.
